　　捷芯隆公布，要约人MayAir HK Holdings Limited提出协议安排方式将该公司私有化建议。根据该计划，计划股份将被注销，以就每股计划股份换取现金0.25元，较停牌前收市价0.2港元溢价约25%。要约人由美埃科技全资拥有，美埃科技的股份于上海证券交易所科创板上市。美埃科技作为一家领先的空气净化专家，其业务和产品涉足多个行业，主要集中在半导体行业、生物制药、公共医疗卫生、工业除尘、挥发性有机化合物（VOCs）处理市场。
