智通财经APP讯，东银国际控股(00668)发布公告，于2024年9月12日，合资公司的直接全资附属公司东锐(一间根据中国法律成立的中外合资企业，于本公告日期由公司透过东盈投资拥有77.58%权益)与重庆茂同订立保理协议1，东锐同意于保理协议1签订日期起计1年期间内提供融资，有关融资由重庆茂同的保理客户向重庆茂同转让的应收账款作抵押，保理本金额为人民币900万元。
于2024年10月16日，东锐订立保理协议2，东锐同意于保理协议2签订日期起计1年期间内提供融资，有关融资由重庆茂同的保理客户向重庆茂同转让的应收账款作抵押，保理本金额为人民币2150万元。
