智通财经APP获悉，AMC概念股早盘回落，截至发稿，中国信达(01359)跌10.14%，报1.33港元；中信金融资产(02799)跌7.46%，报0.62港元。
消息面上，财政部部长蓝佛安10月12日在国新办发布会上表示，将在近期陆续推出一揽子有针对性的增量政策举措；财政部拟一次性增加较大规模债务限额，置换地方政府存量隐性债务，加大力度支持地方化解债务风险；逆周期调节还有其他政策工具正在研究中，比如中央财政还有较大的举债空间和赤字提升空间。
国海证券指出，AMC赛道有较强市值管理逻辑，央企金控在央企集团内部的定位预计更加清晰及核心化。四大AMC之一的华融被中信集团收购之后，已经完成了初步的脱胎换骨，业务模型持续转型，为其他三大AMC信达、东方及长城（划转至中投旗下）后续的转型发展提供了范本，后续发展可期，业务模式也有望从由接收并处置银行的不良资产包向并购重组与一级市场股权投资转向，提振业绩及估值修复。
