新浪科技讯 10月16日上午消息，智驾科技企业地平线（9660.HK）在香港开启招股。本次IPO，地平线拟全球发行1，355，106，600股股份，其中香港公开发售135，511，200股，占约10%；国际配售1，219，595，400股，占约90%，另有超额配股权15%。发行价指导区间为每股3.73港元至3.99港元，每手600股，募集资金上限约54亿港元，预计股份将于10月24日在港交所挂牌上市。
公司在招股期间吸引了境内外众多知名机构投资者的踊跃参与，阿里巴巴、百度、达飞集团和一家宁波市政府基金为基石投资者，认购总额达到约2.2亿美元（约17亿港元）。
地平线是乘用车高级辅助驾驶（ADAS）和高阶自动驾驶（AD）解决方案供应商。截至目前，地平线软硬一体的解决方案已获得27家OEM（42个OEM品牌）采用，装备于290款车型，其中，中国十大OEM均已选择地平线的智驾解决方案。（文猛）
