Chinese lamp maker CNLight (SHE:002076) terminated a contract with Guangzhou Zongyu Garment and signed a new one with its affiliate, Guangzhou Chuangke Photovoltaic Power, which is worth 2.3 million yuan,
The company, through subsidiary Guangdong Xingguang Energy Development, signed in August a deal to build a distributed photovoltaic power station on the roof of Zongyu Garment's factory.
After the termination, the company, through China Energy Construction (Guangdong) Energy Technology, signed an agreement to build a 1,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power generator on the rooftop of Chuangke Photovoltaic Power's factory in Nansha Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, China.
The solar generator will be built until Dec. 31, 2024.
