财中社10月15日电 盛业（06069）发布公告，自2024年10月15日起，孙伟勇被任命为独立非执行董事，任期三年，年薪为30万港元。孙伟勇拥有超过30年的酒店行业管理经验，曾在多家公司担任重要职务。其任命经过薪酬委员会推荐并由董事会批准。
同时，执行董事陈仁泽因个人健康原因辞任，自同日起生效。陈仁泽将继续参与公司的公益基金会发展，并与董事会保持良好关系。辞任前，首席执行官的职责由执行董事共同履行，陈仁泽辞任后，Tung Chi Fung将临时担任首席执行官，确保公司治理结构的有效性。
