智通财经APP讯，金石资本集团(01160)发布公告，自2024年10月16日起，黄斌先生已辞任非执行董事、董事会主席、公司提名委员会主席及公司薪酬委员会成员;许琳先生已辞任非执行董事;宁方先生已辞任独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席以及提名委员会及公司审核委员会各自的成员，黄斌先生、许琳先生及宁方先生辞任乃希望将更多时间投入到其他个人事务及业务承担。
自2024年10月16日起，蔡捷思先生已获委任为非执行董事;王国镇先生已获委任为非执行董事;陆致成先生已获委任为独立非执行董事。
黄斌先生于辞任后不再担任董事会主席、提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。自2024年10月16日起，蔡捷思先生已获委任为董事会主席;独立非执行董事洪海明先生已获委任为提名委员会主席;独立非执行董事尹玉玲女士已获委任为提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员。
