智通财经APP讯，长江制衣(00294)发布公告，于2024年10月17日，卖方卓越织造(广州)有限公司(公司的间接全资拥有附属公司)与买方抱朴(上海)进出口有限公司订立协议，以买卖该物业，总代价为人民币1638.89万元。根据协议的条款，卖方及买方将于2024年10月31日或之前就买卖该物业订立网上备案合同。完成拟于2024年10月31日或之前作实。
据悉，该物业为位于中华人民共和国上海市杨浦区国泰路11号1505、1506、1507 、1508室的办公室。
公告称，集团的主要业务为制造及销售成衣及纺织品、提供加工服务和物业租赁。经计及集团的当前财务状况及业务营运，董事认为，出售事项为公司按合理价格变现物业价值的良机，及出售事项的所得款项将改善集团的财务状况并增加其一般营运资金。
