智通财经APP获悉，保险股悉数上扬，截至发稿，中国再保险(01508)涨4.49%，报0.93港元；中国太平(00966)涨3.45%，报14.38港元；新华保险(01336)涨3.01%，报25.7港元；中国人寿(02628)涨2.7%，报16港元。
消息面上，多家上市险企近期陆续发布三季报业绩预喜。10月16日，中国人寿发布业绩预增公告称，预计前三季度归母净利润将同比大增约165%到185%。此前，新华保险、中国太保及中国人保均先后发布业绩预增公告，预计前三季度归母净利润将实现大幅增长，增长幅度在六七成至翻倍左右不等。对于净利润大增的原因，四家上市险企均将其归结为资本市场回暖使其投资收益大增。
另外，近期政策组合拳对保险行业带来中长期明确利好。国海证券指出，两个会议的超预期政策组合拳，以及市场快速恢复，对上市险企的资产端和负债端两端形成戴维斯共振；互换便利工具有望为保险企业提供新的投资策略，通过增加杠杆的方式，增加投资端的弹性比。国金证券指，在极低基数下，保险股3季报预计利润将大超预期，前三季度利润增速将较上半年大幅提速。
