智通财经APP讯，新天绿色能源(00956)发布公告，为进一步满足公司非全资附属海上风电的资金需要，保障相关项目投资建设的顺利推进，公司与河北建投、建投能源于2024年10月18日订立增资协议，据此海上风电将增加注册资本金人民币7.09亿元，由公司、河北建投和建投能源按照各自的持股比例认缴。其中，公司应缴纳人民币3.64亿元，河北建投应缴纳人民币2552万元，建投能源应缴纳人民币3.19亿元。本次增资完成后，海上风电的注册资本金将从现时人民币11.11亿元增加至人民币18.20亿元，公司、河北建投和建投能源持有海上风电股权比例维持51.4%、3.6%和45%不变。
公告称，为抢抓河北省海上风电发展重大战略机遇，海上风电拟投资建设建投祥云岛与顺桓祥云岛海上风电项目。上述项目规划容量均为250MW，边界条件清晰，已经过市场、技术等方面的项目可行性论证，综合开发建设条件较好，具有一定盈利能力。上述项目已被纳入河北省海上风电发展规划，后续建设涉及多项费用支出，资金投入密集、建设工期紧，本次交易直接为项目建设提供资金支持，为项目顺利进行乃至尽早投产创造有利的条件。
