Avangrid (NYSE:AGR) quickly fell 0.6% as Connecticut plans to review the utility's planned sale to Spain's Iberdrola (OTCPK:IBDSF).

The review was disclosed in a Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority filing on Thursday.
