10月16日，深圳市委宣传部与阅文集团在深圳签署战略合作备忘录，整合并利用双方的资源优势，着力在加强优质文化服务和文化产品供给上开展深度合作，不断深化文化体制机制改革。深圳市委常委、宣传部部长张玲与阅文集团CEO兼总裁侯晓楠出席签约活动。
据悉，双方将本着互利共赢的原则，结合深圳资源禀赋，依托阅文集团在IP打造、产业发展方面的成功经验，充分发挥各自优势，在促进深圳动漫等数字创意产业发展、打造影视精品内容、微短剧开发、全民阅读推广、优质内容孵化、二次元生态建设、文旅融合发展等7个领域积极引入阅文集团相关资源，开展密切合作，推动深圳文化服务业高质量发展，提升城市文化软实力。同时，为深圳深化文化体制机制改革注入新动能、引入新活力。
阅文集团是以数字阅读为基础、IP培育与开发为核心的综合性文化产业集团，旗下囊括QQ阅读、起点读书、新丽传媒、腾讯动漫等业界知名品牌，已成功输出大量优秀网文IP，改编为动漫、影视、游戏等多业态产品。今年8月，由深圳市委宣传部指导、阅文集团主办的“深圳故事：书写奇迹之城”第一届深圳现实题材网络文学征文大赛已启动作品征集。
