Shanghai Zendai Property has changed its English name to DevGreat Group Limited (HKG:0755) following shareholder and regulatory approvals, a Friday bourse filing said.
The property developer's English stock short name for trading on the Hong Kong bourse will be changed to DEVGREAT from SHANGHAI ZENDAI on Oct. 25.
Shares of the firm closed nearly 6% higher on Friday.
