智通财经APP获悉，中石化油服(01033)早盘涨超7%，截至发稿，涨4.35%，报0.72港元，成交额2002.51万港元。
消息面上，中石化油服此前公布，收到控股股东中国石油化工集团通知，为深化中国石化集团与中国石油天然气集团战略合作，优化该集团股权结构，中国石化集团与中石油集团签署无偿划转协议，拟由国务院国资委批准通过国有股份无偿划转方式，将中国石化集团所持该集团约7.59亿股A股，即约4%股权划转给中国石油集团。
光大证券指出，中东地缘政治局势紧张，OPEC+主导下原油供需有望趋紧，看好 24 年油价维持相对高位。“三桶油”在油价波动期体现出较强的业绩韧性，盈利中枢有望进一步上行。全球上游资本开支有望持续回升，油服市场有望维持景气，“三桶油”下属油服有望充分受益。
