Keli Motor Group (SHE:002892) completed the registration procedures for its Vietnamese subsidiary, Keli Motor Vietnam.
Keli Motor Vietnam, which will produce and sell intelligent motors such as centrifugal fans, has a registered capital of 34.22 billion Vietnamese dong, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the industrial machinery product maker closed 1% lower Thursday on the Shenzhen bourse.
