财中社10月22日电金川国际（02362）发布公告，成功重续其附属公司Ruashi SAS Musonoi的采矿许可证，许可证有效期延长至2039年4月3日。为遵循2018年矿业法，金川国际将其在Ruashi SAS Musonoi的75%股权降至70%，并将5%的股权无偿转让给刚果（金）政府。
此次股权转让于2024年10月21日完成，标志着金川国际在刚果（金）的矿业业务进一步合规。公告提到，重续许可证将使金川国际能够在未来持续进行电解铜和氢氧化钴的生产，预计将推动未来收益及利润增长。
根据财务数据显示，Ruashi SAS Musonoi在2023年的收益为2.6亿美元，除税后净亏损为2800万美元，预计出售事项的财务影响将在2025年第一季度的财务报表中最终确认。
