智通财经APP讯，乐氏国际控股(01529)发布公告，于2024年10月22日，该公司全资附属公司江西乐老号中医药产业科技发展有限公司透过公开竞投以代价人民币1000万元成功投得位于中国江西省的土地的土地使用权。
土地位于中国江西省抚州市东乡区创业大道以南、安石明珠以西。土地占地面积1.36万平方米，其中A类物流仓库面积达1.09万平方米，酒店面积达2660平方米。
集团计划在土地上建立中药物流产业园，以提高中药产品的仓储服务质量。该物流中心亦将为集团其他业务分部提供服务，包括中药仓储、分销、医疗保健等，以开拓更广阔的市场。董事会相信，通过集团业务的多元化发展，此项策略行动将有助于长期发展，并提升盈利能力及股东回报。
土地邻近主要交通枢纽，可实现高效配送并尽量缩短运输时间。其A类物流仓库的规划简化了建设及运营的审批流程。
