财中社10月22日电 BOSS直聘（02076/BZ）发布公告，依据其于2022年12月14日批准的首次公开发售后股份计划，于2024年10月21日在市场上购买了33.52万股A类普通股，相当于16.76万股美国存托股。此次购买的股份占公司已发行股份总数的约0.04%。
此次购买的每股A类普通股的平均价格为7.45美元（不包括相关开支）。在此次交易后，受托人所持有的A类普通股总数为1830万股。公司表示将定期检讨并全权决定授予合资格参与者的股份数量，截至公告日期，尚未向任何合资格参与者授予股份奖励。
