Kedali Industry to Set Up Malaysian Battery Parts Factory for 600 Million Yuan

Shenzhen Kedali Industry (SHE:002850) plans to build a lithium battery precision structural parts factory in Malaysia for 600 million yuan, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The factory will be built within 36 months through a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, which is yet to be established, and another subsidiary, Kedali Hungary.
The factory is expected to generate an annual output worth 1.30 billion yuan for the Chinese lithium battery precision structural parts manufacturer after it is put into production, the disclosure added.
