新浪科技讯 10月24日上午消息，据港交所披露，10月23日晚间，智驾科技企业地平线（9660.HK）公布最终发售价及配发结果。公告显示，本次IPO，地平线的最终发售价厘定为3.99港元，为招股价区间上限定价；募资总额达54.07亿港元，为年内港股最大科技IPO。公司股份将于10月24日在香港联交所主板开始买卖。

　　本次IPO，地平线的香港公开发售部分获33.8倍超额认购，经重新分配后，香港公开发售项下发售股份数目占全球发售的百分比为15%；国际配售部分获13.8倍超额认购，经重新分配后，国际发售项下发售股份数目占全球发售的百分比为85%。

　　根据灼识咨询的资料，自2021年起，按解决方案总装机量计算，地平线是首家且每年均为最大的提供前装量产的高级辅助驾驶和高阶自动驾驶解决方案的中国公司。截至目前，地平线软硬一体的解决方案已获得27家OEM（42个OEM品牌）采用，装备于290款车型，其中，中国十大OEM均已选择地平线的智驾解决方案。
