沽空机构Grizzly Research发布一份关于巧克力制造商好时的报告，指公司数种热门产品包装中检测到的潜在有害永久化学物质(PFAS)。该机构声称，委托美国、德国和中国的四个不同实验室进行测试，结果发现许多好时产品的包装纸中PFAS污染水平较高，包括Reese's Pieces、Almond Joy和Hershey's Kisses。
报告称，PFAS毒素对儿童特别危险，并且致癌，美国至少13个州将在2024年之前禁止或逐步淘汰塑料食品和糖果包装。Grizzly Research表示，有将好时产品包装与Mars和雀巢等竞争对手比较，指后两者产品中没有发现致癌物，或微乎其微。报告称，在进行的50次测试中，发现20宗PFAS污染每公斤超过10毫克的案例，其中19宗涉及好时产品。好时对此表示，该公司禁止全氟烷基和多氟烷基物质超过十年，其供应商在其包装中亦不使用PFAS化学物。
