智通财经APP讯，大唐集团控股(02117)发布公告，于2024年10月14日，该公司收到联交所发出的函件(函件)，当中表示联交所上市委员会(上市委员会)认定该公司未能于2024年9月20日复牌截止日期前履行复牌指引，并决定根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条取消该公司股份(股份)的上市地位(除牌决定)。
函件中指出，除非该公司根据上市规则第2B章下的权利申请复核除牌决定，否则股份的上市地位将自2024年10月29日(取消上市地位日期)上午九时正起取消(取消上市地位)。
经考虑该公司的事实及情况后，该公司无意根据其在上市规则第2B章下的权利申请复核除牌决定。
公司所有股东及投资者应当注意，于2024年10月28日后，虽然股份的股票证书仍然有效，但股份将不再于联交所买卖。此后，股份将不具有公开市场交易，及该公司将不再受上市规则规限。股东或投资者如对股份取消上市地位的影响有任何疑问，务请寻求适当的专业意见。
