10月18日，中国证监会更新了境内企业境外发行证券和上市备案情况表（首次公开发行及全流通）（截至2024年10月17日），目前共有354家境内企业备案（多次备案按次数统计），其中有累计237家拟香港联交所上市或申请股份“全流通”公司，111家拟美国纳斯达克和纽交所上市公司，3家拟台湾证券交易所上市，1家在瑞士交易所发行GDR，1家拟新加坡交易所上市，1家拟阿斯塔纳国际交易所上市（两地同步上市）备案。
新增2家公司备案信息，具体情况如下：
申请股份“全流通”：
1、瑞浦兰钧（0666.HK）
瑞浦兰钧于去年12月18日上市，公司是青山集团旗下的中国锂离子动力电池产品及储能电池产品制造商。公司暂未发布“全流通”股数和相关细节，截至10月18日收盘，其总市值340.62亿，流通市值45.98亿。
拟纽交所上市：
1、荣成拓普威新能源（腾图新能源）
据天眼查，荣成拓普威新能源有限公司，成立于2020年，斯蒂尼新能源成员，位于山东省威海市，是一家以从事科技推广和应用服务业为主的企业。公司于10月15日备案，拟纽交所上市，公司或为秘密递表，暂无招股书信息。
