【波音制造的卫星在太空解体 产生大量碎片】金十数据10月24日讯，国际通信卫星公司（Intelsat）的卫星Intelsat33e（简称IS-33e）日前在太空中解体，产生大量碎片。该公司表示，正与卫星制造商美国波音公司及相关机构协调，分析卫星解体原因。据介绍，该卫星由波音公司设计和制造，2016年8月发射，2017年1月投入使用，主要为欧洲、非洲及亚太部分区域的用户提供通信服务。卫星的最初预计使用寿命为15年。
