Oaktree Acquisition Corp. III Life Sciences (OACC) said Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 17.5 million units at $10 per unit.
Each unit comprises one class A ordinary share and one-fifth of a redeemable warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one class A share at $11.50 per share, according to the special purpose acquisition company.
The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market this Thursday under the ticker symbol, "OACCU." Once the securities comprising the units begin trading separately, the class A shares and warrants will trade under the symbols "OACC" and "OACCW," respectively.
The offering is set to close Friday.
