东银国际控股(00668.HK) 公布，旗下合营公司东葵融资租赁(上海)之非直接全资附属公司东锐，于今年9月至10月期间与武汉合纵订立三份保理协议。
据公告披露，东锐同意于签署“保理协议1”日期起计一年期限内提供融资，保理本金额为400万元人民币；同意于签署“保理协议2”日期起计一年期限内提供融资，保理本金额为1,890万元人民币；同意于签署“保理协议3”日期起计一年期限内提供融资，保理本金额为人民币2,800万元人民币。三份保理协议年利率均为9.5厘。
东银国际控股表示，上述三份保利协议由武汉合纵的保理客户，向武汉合纵转让的应收账款作抵押。
