汇德收购-Z(07841.HK) 公布，昨日(27日)与多位资本市场中介人订立配售协议。据悉，继承公司已同意配发及发行，而各资本市场中介人亦个别同意作为继承公司代理人，以每股继承公司股份10元，认购8万股获准许股权融资股份。于交割后，获准许股权融资股份占继承公司已发行股本约0.02%。
汇德收购表示，获准许股权融资的所得款项总额将为80万元。经扣除费用及开支，获准许股权融资的所得款项净额估计约为64.79万元。
汇德收购亦指，已向联交所申请批准继承公司股份及继承公司特殊目的收购公司权证，在联交所主板的上市及买卖。联交所已于今年10月3日原则上授出该批准。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
