智通财经APP讯，东银国际控股(00668)发布公告，于2024年9月13日，合营公司(根据中国法律成立的中外合营企业，于本公告日期由公司透过东盈投资拥有77.58%)的非直接全资附属公司东锐与武汉合纵订立保理协议1，据此，东锐同意于签署保理协议1日期起计一年期限内提供融资，保理本金额为人民币400万元，由武汉合纵的保理客户向武汉合纵转让的应收账款作抵押。
董事局进一步宣布，于2024年9月25日，东锐订立保理协议2，据此，东锐同意于签署保理协议2日期起计一年期限内提供融资，保理本金额为人民币1890万元，由武汉合纵的保理客户向武汉合纵转让的应收账款作抵押。
董事局进一步宣布，于2024年10月28日，东锐订立保理协议3，据此，东锐同意于签署保理协议3日期起计一年期限内提供融资，保理本金额为人民币2800万元，由武汉合纵的保理客户向武汉合纵转让的应收账款作抵押。
