智通财经APP讯，东银国际控股(00668)公布，于2024年10月28日，合资公司的直接全资附属公司东锐(于本公告日期由该公司透过东盈投资拥有77.58%权益)与重庆茂同订立保理协议，据此，东锐同意于保理协议签订日期起计1年期间内提供融资，有关融资由重庆茂同的保理客户向重庆茂同转让的应收账款作抵押，保理本金额为人民币2800万元(约等于3080万港元)，年利率9.50厘。
