玻利维亚银行业监管机构 ASFI 主席 Yvette Espinoza 对此表示支持，认为该服务将为用户提供安全可信的资产管理方案。Bisa Bank 业务副总裁 Franco Urquidi 强调，所有交易均需通过该行账户进行，客户需完成严格的身份验证流程。
