智通财经APP获悉，AMC概念今日再度走高，截至发稿，中国信达(01359)涨7.8%，报1.53港元；中信金融资产(02799)涨4.92%，报0.64港元，成交额1683.62万港元。
消息面上，今年1月28日，据新华财经报道，中国信达、东方资产和长城资产三家资产管理公司将于近期划至中投公司。而10月中旬有媒体报道，近日关于中投对三家AMC股权划转工作的相关前期尽调已告一段落，受委派参与工作的律所和会计师事务所已基本完成驻场工作。
国海证券指出，四大AMC之一的华融被中信集团收购之后，已经完成了初步的脱胎换骨，业务模型持续转型，为其他三大AMC信达、东方及长城（划转至中投旗下）后续的转型发展提供了范本。国金证券则表示，国新办新闻发布会上公布一揽子增量财政政策，释放偏积极信号。其中化债的优先级较高，AMC公司最直接受益。
