智通财经APP讯，天津创业环保股份(01065)发布公告，于2024年10月25日，山东公司(公司非全资附属公司)与生态城环保订立了危险废物处置合同，生态城环保同意委托，及山东公司同意负责，项目工程的危险废物的处置。
服务范围为山东公司须在项目工程地点收集生态城环保提供的危险废物，废物类型为环境事件及其处理过程中产生的沾染危险化学品、危险废物，废物重量共计10000吨;并根据处理技术、政府规定和业界标准的要求处理相关危险废物，及定期提供危险废物处置报告。
危险废物处置合同及其项下拟进行的交易符合山东公司和集团的经营范围，有利于增加集团主营业务的收入，扩大固体废物、危险废物处理及处置的市场占有率，对公司发展产生积极影响。
