　　华夏文化科技（01566）发布公告，于相互解除契据订立后，公司及Maxx Capital向高等法院联合提交一份日期为2024年9月12日的同意传票，以寻求颁令驳回或终止彼此有关法律程序的所有法庭诉讼。于2024年10月4日，公司法律顾问接获高等法院命令，当中载列呈请予以驳回而不作出关于讼费的命令。
