预计以每手买卖单位11.5万股股份于联交所主板买卖特殊目的收购公司股份(英文及中文股份简称分别为“HKACQ-Z”及“汇德收购-Z”)及以每手买卖单位 5.75万份权证于联交所主板买卖特殊目的收购公司权证(英文及中文权证简称分别为“HK ACQ Z25”及“汇德收购Z25”)的最后日期将为2024年10月29日(星期二)，而继承公司股份(包括将由特殊目的收购公司股份重新指定的继承公司股份、将由发起人股份转换的继承公司股份、PIPE投资股份及获准许股权融资股份)及继承公司特殊目的收购公司权证将于2024年10月30日(星期三)上午九时正分别以每手买卖单位500股继承公司股份(股份代号为2562，英文及中文股份简称分别为“SYNAGISTICS”及“狮腾控股”)及以每手买卖单位1.15万份继承公司特殊目的收购公司权证(权证代号为2461，英文及中文权证简称分别为“SYNAGISTICS W29”及“狮腾控股二九”)在联交所主板开始买卖。
