智通财经APP获悉，上海电气(02727)再涨超17%，月内累计涨幅超55%。截至发稿，涨13.33%，报2.72港元，成交额6.51亿港元。
消息面上，上海电气近日宣布，拟以现金方式从控股股东上海电气集团手中收购宁笙实业100%股权，交易价格达30.82亿元。而宁笙实业旗下核心资产为上海发那科机器人有限公司。
公司表示，从上海电气的机器人发展整体战略来说，此次收购上海发那科机器人的目的，是完善上海电气在机器人领域的布局，打造一个从零部件、控制器到机器人本体，从工业机器人、专业机器人到聚身智能机器人的整体产业链，同时实现设备全生命周期服务。
