据《星岛》报道，特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)汇德收购(07841.HK) 早前宣布与东南亚电商解决方案平台Synagistics合并，成为香港成功完成的首例。公司主席陈德霖指，Synagistics在港上市后有利开拓及与内地品牌建立合作关系，将产品带给东南亚消费者。执行董事曾璟璇则指，汇德收购当时经介绍，与Synagistics管理层见面，认为大家价值观一致，公司业务前景不俗，因而决定合并。
汇德收购将于周三(30日)更名为“狮腾控股”，主板上市编号为(02562.HK)，每手单位改为500股。交易完成后，发起人将持有公司股权5.76%，并有12个月禁售期。陈德霖指，股价受多方面因素影响，不过主要股东都自愿设立禁售期，反映看好公司前景。(vc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
