近日，三家房企上市公司同日宣布将从港交所退市。

　　10月24日，佳源国际控股（02768.HK）、大唐集团控股（02117.HK）、大发地产（06111.HK）均发布公告，宣布公司股票将自10月29日起退市。退市的原因是因公司未能在18个月的停牌期限内完成财务业绩发布、解除清盘令等复牌指引，因此港交所上市委员会决定取消其上市地位。

　　截至目前，上述三家房企均未能披露公司2022年年报、2023年半年报和年报以及2024年的半年报。彼时，三家公司都有着要冲击千亿销售额的目标。

　　佳源国际控股自2023年4月3日开始停牌，根据上市规则第 6.01A(1)条，港交所可将任何已连续暂停买卖18个月的证券除牌。而佳源国际控股的复牌最后期限为2024年10月2日。公司未能在此之前复牌，港交所决定取消该公司股份在联交所的上市地位。

　　大唐集团控股在2023年3月21日就已停牌，因公司未能在2024年9月20日或之前复牌，且未能履行港交所订下的复牌指引，因此未能满足复牌要求。

　　大发地产与佳源国际控股情况一致，自2023年4月3日起暂停买卖，该公司未能于2024年10月2日或之前履行联交所订下的复牌指引而复牌。
