The Federal Court of Australia will hear an application by Capitol Health (ASX:CAJ) relating to its merger with Integral Diagnostics (ASX: IDX) on Nov. 1, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The court hearing is subject to Capitol shareholders approving the scheme comprising the merger by the requisite majorities at a meeting on Oct. 31, the filing said.
