　　金融一线10月26日消息，全球财富管理论坛·2024上海苏河湾大会于10月26-27日在上海举行。

　　麦肯锡全球董事合伙人Raphael BICK表示，生成式人工智能可以提升客户服务的能力，提升资产管理能力，同时能够让过程更加具有生产性，具有建设性，能够进行更好的客户会面，根据这些客户的文件构筑其知识体系，更好地去与客户进行沟通，进行更好的全生命周期的管理。

　　他表示，很多金融机构使用人工智能去更好地明确客户的要求，设计更好具有客户服务的要求产品，在风险管理方面和授信的过程可以看到人工智能在这方面能够提供更多的潜力，拓展更多的用户的案例和场景。

　　他认为，总的来说，人工智能现在仍然是应用早期，很多金融机构还没有扩大生成式人工智能的应用场景和规模，在接下来的十年可以看到，随着技术不断的发展，生成式人工智能会更加广泛地应用。
