智通财经APP讯，华夏文化科技(01566)发布公告，于相互解除契据订立后，公司及Maxx Capital向高等法院联合提交一份日期为2024年9月12日的同意传票，以寻求批准公司终止第三债务人暂准命令的相关程序。于2024年10月31日，公司法律顾问接获高等法院命令，当中载列第三债务人暂准命令予以作废，以及相关程序予以终止及驳回而不作出关于讼费的命令。
