智通财经APP讯，京能清洁能源(00579)公布，有关建议采纳H股股票增值权计划及该计划项下的授予，于2024年10月31日，董事会决议向总共12名激励对象授予合计11,641,589股股票增值权(占预留授予下股票增值权总数的56.48%及公司已发行股份总数的0.14%)，当中党委副书记戴忠刚先生及纪委书记綦惟恒先生各自获授 2,236,887股股票增值权，及其他10名激励对象(作为该集团核心员工)获授7,167,815股股票增值权。于完成第二次预留授予后，预留授予项下余下83,969股股票增值权将不再进一步授出且将予作废。
