智通财经APP讯，盛源控股(00851)发布公告，由于香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司(香港立信德豪会计师事务所)与公司未能就截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的建议审计费用达成共识，香港立信德豪会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师，自2024年10月31日起生效。
董事会经审核委员会推荐，已议决委任北京兴华鼎丰会计师事务所有限公司(北京兴华)为公司新核数师，以填补香港立信德豪会计师事务所辞任后的临时空缺，自2024年10月31日起生效，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
