智通财经APP获悉，狮腾控股(02562)涨超34%，该股通过SPAC借壳方式于昨日登陆港交所，上市首日一度暴涨150%。截至发稿，涨34.12%，报22.8港元，成交额817.59万港元。
消息面上，10月30日，香港首宗De-SPAC交易香港汇德收购公司并购Synagistics Pte. Ltd.正式完成交割，继承公司Synagistics Limited（狮腾控股有限公司）成功于香港联交所挂牌上市。
据悉，Synagistics为东南亚领先的数据驱动数字商务解决方案平台。根据灼识咨询的资料，按2023年的收入计算，是东南亚电商行业十大数字解决方案提供商之一。并购交易完成后，阿里巴巴的持股为27.89％，仍是单一最大股东。
