智通财经APP获悉，光伏股全线高开，截至发稿，新特能源(01799)涨14.87%，报11.74港元；协鑫科技(03800)涨14.62%，报1.96港元；信义光能(00968)涨10%，报4.4港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)涨9.55%，报17.2港元。
消息面上，中国光伏行业协会此前表示，光伏组件低于成本价投标中标涉嫌违法，同时公布最低成本价0.68元/W。华创证券指出，10月22日，中节能2024年度光伏组件框架协议采购开标，该项目采购2.5GW的N型TOPCon双面组件，项目投标均价0.694元/W，报价范围为0.675~0.722元/W，最低价不低于协会此前公布的最低投标价，且相比于9月中旬报价有一定幅度上涨，协会倡议初显成效。
交银国际则指出，在严重亏损后行业近期对供给侧改革的呼声高涨，该行预计政府或将出台提高电耗标准等政策，加快行业供给出清和售价回升，并放大颗粒硅的低电耗优势。该行表示，协鑫科技3季度归母净亏损14.92亿元，环比收窄0.20亿元，颗粒硅吨现金成本（含研发费用）3.32万元，在产能利用率降低的情况下仍环比下降0.2万元，技改成效显着。
