智通财经APP讯，新天绿色能源(00956)发布公告，为进一步满足曹妃甸公司的资金需要，提升曹妃甸公司的融资能力，该公司、河北建投、曹发展以及曹妃甸公司拟签署2024年增资协议，曹妃甸公司将增加注册资本金人民币14亿元。该公司、河北建投和曹发展按照其各自的持股比例认缴增加的股本，其中，该公司应缴纳人民币7.14亿元。2024年增资完成后，曹妃甸公司的注册资本金将从现时人民币26亿元增加至人民币40亿元。
集团连同其他股东方持续根据项目建设进度及资金使用计划向曹妃甸公司进行增资。2024年增资可直接为曹妃甸公司提供项目资金支持，同时可以提升其外部融资能力，进一步撬动外部融资资源，从而确保项目建设资金及时到位，项目建设顺利开展，为项目尽早投产创造有利的条件。
