财中社10月30日电 万国数据-SW（09698/GDS）发布公告，宣布其国际联属公司DigitalLand Holdings Limited（GDS International）与多家机构私募股权投资者达成最终协议，将认购GDS International新发行的10亿美元B轮可转换优先股。此次融资将用于开发高达1吉瓦的数据中心容量。
GDS International成立于2022年，总部位于新加坡，目前拥有约480兆瓦的已投入使用及在建的数据中心容量，以及590兆瓦的未来开发潜力。B轮融资的估值使GDS Holdings Limited在GDS International的股权估值达到约13亿美元，相当于每股美国存托股约6.75美元。交割预计将在最终协议的交割条件达成后完成，GDS Holdings Limited将持有GDS International约37.6%的股权。
