消息面上，六大国有商业银行—工商银行、农业银行、中国银行、建设银行、交通银行和邮储银行宣布，自11月1日起将实施新的商业性个人住房贷款利率定价机制，标志着中国人民银行一个月前提出的完善贷款利率定价机制的要求即将正式生效。
中泰证券此前指出，长期来看，建筑地产仍会是我国经济的重要产业，基本盘体量还是很大，经过本轮行业调整之后，地产建筑产业有望从高杠杆粗放式的经营模式走向精细化创新式的经营模式，而数字化手段是增强产业公司精细化发展能力的重要手段，地产建筑行业的数字化红利有望加速释放。
