财中社10月30日电 成都高速（01785）发布公告，宣布与温江区人民政府和大邑县人民政府分别签署了温江区段和大邑县段的征地拆迁协议，以推进成温邛高速扩容工程项目。温江区段的征地拆迁协议预计总补偿金额为4.54亿元，而大邑县段的总补偿金额为3.9亿元。
根据公告，温江区段的交易适用百分比率超出5%但低于25%，因此构成公司的一项须予披露交易，且获得股东批准的规定被豁免。大邑县段的征地拆迁协议同样符合上述条件，遵循相应的申报及公告规定。此项目旨在提升成都向西的重要通道，预计将有效缓解交通压力，促进区域经济发展。
