　　上海电气（02727）盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.02%，现报2.85港元，成交额5.35亿港元。

　　10月30日，据证券之星消息，根据天眼查APP于10月21日公布的信息整理，上海发那科机器人有限公司公布拟收购融资，融资额未披露，参与投资的机构包括上海电气。

　　此前，上海电气宣布，拟以现金方式从控股股东上海电气集团手中收购宁笙实业100%股权，交易价格达30.82亿元。而宁笙实业旗下核心资产为上海发那科机器人有限公司。对此，公司回应称，从上海电气的机器人发展整体战略来说，此次收购上海发那科机器人的目的，是完善上海电气在机器人领域的布局。
