智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(02600)发布公告，该公司全资子公司包头铝业有限公司(包头铝业)拟按持股比例对其控股子公司内蒙古华云新材料有限公司(内蒙古华云)减资人民币5亿元。内蒙古华云另一股东方中国铝业集团有限公司(中铝集团)相应按持股比例对内蒙古华云减资人民币5亿元。
公告称，近年来，内蒙古华云经营业绩始终保持较好水平，财务指标持续优化，现金创造能力持续提升。为更好优化内蒙古华云的资本结构，进一步释放过剩资本，提高资金使用效率，包头铝业与中铝集团经协商一致，同意按股权比例对内蒙古华云进行减资。
